Warning danger, it is a trap!  Note the flag on the rat’s chest.  A really good friend of mine shared this cartoon on facebook with the comment, “incentives, grants, subsidies…” and she is so right.

Sounds free right?!  Trouble is somebody has to pay for it.  Guess what Mr. Rat, there is no such thing as a free lunch.
